I would say the gyno you have ACCUMULATED is probably permanent.

i agree , once u begin getting sides of gyno , if u dont take care of them at the moment and make sure it goes away then , it become irriversible , only solution after that being surgery to remove it . the sides happen from high estrogen , this is why u use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle to control estrogen , is u ignore the sides when u get them or dont completely take care of them , u will pct , and in time your natty production and levels are all back to normal . once uve had it for a while , there is not much u can now do . trying to do a letro or Aromatase inhibitor (AI) blast will not do anything for u now but crash your estrogen when u dont have the high estrogen problem anymore , u will prob just create a new problem
