my liquid intake i drink whenever i am thirsty never actually bothered calculating liquid intake. sufficient i say.
diet consist of morning whole meal bread, then follow up by whey protein.
the major meal of 350g of chicken/dory fillet/salmon(rare) with brown rice/potato/oatmeal depending on time of the day.
Morning - oat, lunch-brown rice, night time- steam potato.
the rashes disappear quickly. 2 anti-histamine(telfast) got rid of it quickly. the rash aren't persistent type. but does put me into attention.
