Rate my dinner

Sorry no pics but tell me what you think about this dinner...

1 bowl of whole wheat rigatoni w/ barrilla marinara sauce (made with EVOO)
1 can solid white albacore tuna with balsamic vinegar
2 bananas.
 
that would be more of a bulking then cutting.. I stay away from pasta usually i dont know why but a typical dinner for me will uaully be...

- 4 oz. chicken breast
- salad
-180 mg tuna

I like to eat mostly all of my carbs early and finish my day with protein.

if hes eating 6 meals a day with similar macros, probably.

if thats one of 3 meals, or is a post workout meal; not really.
 
i go three meals with chicken. then either brocc or whole wheat pasta, brown rice type of deal. then i have three protein shakes.
