Hi guys, wanted to your input on my diet.
Stats - 37, 187cm, 88kg, carry a bit of fat around stomach and chest only, prob %15-20 BF
Train MMA twice a week and home workout twice a week (pushups,squats,chins,boxing) all workouts are 45-60 min long.
Diet training days -
0800 - 2 x servings Nutri grain (Sports cereal)
1100 - 2 slices whole grain bread, 100g ham - pre workout carbs/protein
1330 - Shake with dextrose PWO - 70g Carbs, 35g Protein
1430 - 150g chicken, 150g basmati rice PPWO
1730 - As above
2030 - 150g chicken or 4 scoops PB
Non training days -
0800 - 3 eggs, 100g ham
1100 - Apple
1400 - 150g chicken, 150g basmati rice
1730 - As above
2030 - 150g chicken or 4 scoops PB
Basically I up the carbs pre and post on training days and cut them back on other days.
What do you think?
Im also running DAA/SNRE/DIM 3 weeks on 1 week off cycles = training going great/wife very happy, lol
