Raw Almonds increasing thermogenic effects?

So here is the deal.... This might be completely rediculous.

I've been taking Ephedrine regularly for the past couple weeks to keep the energy/fat burning up (Along with training). A few days ago I started eating Raw Almonds at the advice of a co-worker,who said they were extremely healthy.

In the past few days It feels like my Ephedrine dosage has gone through the roof (Actually remained the same). Im sweating alot more, and in general just feel kind of warm.

Like I said,this might make so sense, just wondering if anyone has heard anything like this before?

I start sweating more when:

I work out regularly
I eat more
I carry extra water
I drink coffee

Everything is 'Extremely Healthy' for you, no just almonds. lol
Water, food, etc.
