I'm gonna try these, I will keep doing the cable pulls for now to and see if doing both helps, I will try going up to my forehead and see how that works out. Stang my old gym had that machine but my new gym doesnt. I go to a pretty small gym so it lacks alot of good machines, I find myself improvising alot. But it works out ok with my routine.
Thanks for the help guys

i get waaaaay more sore using the dumbells than i do the machine-a lot more

Ya when i used the machines it was ok but didnt feel like i was gettin a great work out. I never feel as good about machines as i do free weights, I guess I dont get the isolation

dumbbell lateral raises - bent over
This is my fav exercise for isolating rear/lateral delts.

Well 2moro is delts and traps so I'll let you guys know what i figure out, thanks again for all the input guys

Well I did cable pulls to my forehead today, felt it much more, only problem I had was keeping my balance(will jsut take little practice) but still helped out alot, also notice alot on my traps, which I wont complain about(I love seeing my traps pump up). Also did the lateral raises layin on incline really isolated, only problem there was the only bench that was open was kinda short and put a little pressure on my lower back not bad tho. next week will also try sittin bent over under knees woul have 2day but didnt wanna over do it. Had a good shoulder workout!! I really appreciate all ya'lls input, jsut take me a couple weeks now to figure out what exersices to keep and what to keep for a mix up workout. Thanks again guys!!!!

Well hell, wish i would have seen this yesterday.haha Did delts last night.Damn, i want go hit them now again. Good info/links in here fellas.

Inverse fly machine for rear delt ofc, just like me you don't feel like THAT much in the rear delt since your tricep is giving you a good hand on that

My advice and what i do of course is i put my hand upward (palms facing up), that seems pretty weird if you know what i mean but it desactivates your tricep and aim directly on your rear delt.

If we take for example a "L" handle for your left arm you would take it on the _ part with your palm facing up and not down like most of the people do, get it?

The main thing I have done with rear delts, and this has helped me isolate the muscle was to keep my arm straight when doing cables and dumbbells. Also just a personal preference is to do a few sets in a normal rep range (5-15) and then at the end of all your sets do a few sets of 20-30 to get alot of blood flow to the area.
