Recent lab work on new protocol

I just got my lab results back on my new TRT protocol. They look pretty good. I got the Hormone Panel for Females from Labs MD. Blood was drawn 42 hours after my injection. My regimen in 200mg test cyp every Thursday evening along with B-12 and .25mg Anastrozole and another .25mg Anastrozole on Monday morning. Blood was drawn 4 1/2 weeks into my new regimen. I feel good these days I probably have not felt this good ever. My only complaint is I still get acne on my shoulders and chest and my erections are not always what they should be. Maybe that will never come back?

Hematocrit- 51.4 38.5-50 high I am about ready to give blood again and I take a daily asprin
FSH- <0.7 1.6-8.0 low
LH- <0.2 1.5-9.3 low
Estradiol- 39 < or - 39 top of normal
Total testosterone- 1761 250-1100 high

Judging from past peak and trough blood work I seem to use up 150 points worth of test each day, which would put me around the top of the normal range for a trough. Do you think my Estradiol will lower a little more over time? Maybe being a little lower would make things better? I can post more results but everything was in the normal range. Thanks

You should back off the test dose for TRT. You don't want to be blasting for too long.

Make sure you don't use the aspirin within 48 hours of donating blood.

I have not found much info on elevated test levels for long periods. It seems 200mg is a pretty common dosage. I figured everyone at that dosage had similar test levels. I certainly have not seen any giant gains in size or strength but since I feel better I have better work outs and have lost 5 pounds and gotten a little stronger. Is it dangerous to hover in between 1760 and 1000 for ever? Is that really considered a blast?

Above normal testosterone levels technically is blasting. You are at supraphysiological levels. it stresses your body if you stay there for too long.

100-200mg per week is a common TRT dosage. Somewhere in that range is what gets most guys up to Normal testosterone levels. Not supraphysiological levels. You want to take the proper dosage

I am gonna lower it to 150mg a week for a few weeks and see how I feel. Maybe my estradiol level will decrease a little bit into the middle of the normal range. I would assume the motto is "a time to cycle and a time to be normal". I am curious to know how high do test levels get during a 500mg a week cycle? I apologize if that's the wrong question for this forum.

You can do math to figure it out. It isn't perfectly linear in the real world. Metabolization and aromatization play a big part in the variables. But roughly, if 200 = 1760 then 500 ~ 4400 for you. Everyone is different though. Many guys who take 500mg per week only see trough levels in the low to mid 2000 range.

I'd like to see where your Free Test is.....

here is some old lab work I had done at a trough during my old TRT protocol. I would assume my free T is much higher now since I was in the normal range with much lower total T level. The Hormone Panel forFemales does not check Free T. What would a high Free T indicate?
