I can see differences Matt. Haters will hate. You have an awkward looking frame if I'm being honest.. but I can see the progress nevertheless. Keep it up and do what you can manage to do, Food > Gear just remember that.

If you're going to use MCT oil and cut further.. I would personally eliminate or taper down your carbs first if you haven't. Taking what you're currently eating and adding extra Saturated Fats may not be the best option for cutting purposes, regardless of how great MCT oil is.. it's even better when in ketosis, have experienced it myself. Tren/Ketosis/Caloric Deficit/MCTs vastly changed my physique.

I've personally found Low Carb / No Carb to provide the leanest and driest look, but is not best at muscle sparing or muscle building. I wouldn't do Ketogenic dieting to bulk, it's too costly for one and just isn't as effective as a bulk with carbs. I also wouldn't recommend Ketogenic dieting as a long term endeavor.. the longer I did it, the less effective it became it seemed. As with anything though. And that is with Tren too.. it helped me keep up developing strength and size on the downswing of my cut, but it can only do so much as you progress into territory your body doesn't want you to get into!

I think Cyclic Ketogenic Dieting is overall the most effective and capable workhorse diet. The one to get you through to each extreme side if you will. It's a great lead into a full ketogenic cut, and a great lead into an all out bulk as well. It's best used for muscle sparing on the way down, and staying leaner on the way up.

To cut :
Start with a base diet, whittle it down to lose weight, slowly dropping carbs out of your daily rotations as you hit plateaus in weight loss. Until you're not really doing a cyclic ketogenic diet anymore and are now full keto.

To bulk :
Start with a base diet, slowly implement more carbs into your daily rotations, then fats after 4-5k calories a day has been met, until you're not really in a cyclic Ketogenic diet anymore, just a blown out well balanced feed fest!

I tried to hint at it a bit, but on either side you'll hit a point where your body just doesn't want to go in that direction any longer (gain or loss).. just maintain for a while on either end, and then go right back into the up or down swing respectively! Eventually, after many rotations of this reaching points of diminishing returns, switching from bulk to cut, cut to bulk, etc.. you will find yourself looking better and better with every pass. You will have also taken the most efficient route as well.

Gradual change will make for the fastest overall transformation. We can all blow up with a sumo bulk, we can all starve ourselves and pour sweat from intense cardio sessions to drop weight in a hurry.. but it takes real dedication to play the slow game, to consistently eat the same calories everyday, track and weigh everything, taper specific macronutrients in and out of our diets, implement cardio as just a tool to create a deficit, or limit cardio just to maintain cardiovascular health..

Then there's gear and planning cycles to aid your progress. :D

Who has done your diet? I am 30-40lbs lighter than you and eating the same amount of protein if not more than you.
 
Its what I can afford at the moment brother
I can eat a shit ton as well but recently 3 months ago.me and the ex split so had to get another place and pay first and last again, long story man
But yes as far as my.workout, I am a mover for work, so very physical demanding job
One reason why I.am.doing this cut as.I cant.afford.a.shit ton of.food lol (.bullking)plus.the fact I wanna Lean up again

Hmm, I see you're already on your way with the elimination of carbs.

I would drop them totally now, buy a bottle of NOW Foods MCT Oil on Amazon and begin implementation of that if you want to cut a little further.

Start with 1/2 Tbsp of MCT in your morning meal, and 1/2 Tbsp of MCT with the meal before your workout or within an hour of it at least. I personally put it in my coffee, makes a great pick me up in ketosis and makes a great preworkout in coffee as well. If you don't like coffee, take it as a shot and then your typical pre-workout regimen too.

Work up to 2-3 Tbsp per day, split as mentioned above. It should simply replace the calories you were consuming as carbs previously.

As you get into Ketosis and drop more weight.. you will want to drop some of the protein your eating too. Too much protein while in ketosis can be counter productive. So maybe as you eliminate 100-200 calories of protein replace it with 50-100 calories of fats. Fats can be saturated even, eat fattier versions of your meats, or add some bacon with your chicken, add some extra olive oil, dressings, etc. Play around with it and customize to your liking. It doesn't have to be perfect, just has to get you shedding a little more weight!

I hope I didn't offend you about your frame. Your shoulders are just offset, and arms look like they're struggling to grow, which I think you mentioned even.. I have the same problem with biceps.. it just takes consistent training over time to develop mass in that area.

When I'm full ketogenic.. I'll eat strictly whole eggs, chicken/bacon, ground beef or chuck, shrimp, scallops, steak, vegetables, low carb varieties of nuts, various oils or oil dominant dressings, coconut oil for cooking, and pure MCT oil as said above.

The most crucial part is not straying off and cheating. If you go to a restaurant, or want a cheat meal.. don't eat carbs. Go to a hibachi grill or Japanese steakhouse have them hold the rice, and get extra vegetables and extra portions of their meat and seafoods.

Almost every restaurant has something you can order to stay within a 20-30g Net Carb daily intake. Just stay focused!
 
Yeah so.drop.the carbs totally even at pre/post w/o.and replace.it with say 2 tbsp of.olive oil which would.be roughly.the same calorie content.as the carbs I.am.taking in pre/post wo
Also.to.note I.am.on my.cruise.dose.200mg test/week, low.dose.tren 50mg ed
Should help my.spare the muscle while.I.am in this caloric.deficit?without.the carb intake?

I think you look great and are doing well gear or no gear the physique is impressive IMO.

Not every one is trying to achieve a certain specific look so the "not impressive at all" comment is dick.

You may be slightly over training with the work and 5 days a week in the gym.

Take a week off and then try a Monday Wednesday Friday for a month next time you want to bulk.

Do to the stress from a split, we were.together for 4 Years.and have a 2.1/2 old daughter together, I took it pretty rough for a few weeks as she packed.her stuff while.I was at work and left me hanging with a couch to.sleep on bro
So ya it was tough as nails.and happened.a month before Xmas
So I lost some weight stressing out and just not eating properly do.to be stressed out, so I figure why not just proceed this and chop all.the way down to a good body fat percentage once again

Got home and there was a few things remaining that she still had to pickup but obviously wanted to do it while.I was at work so she didn't have to run into me
Well I got home and seen the shot all gone minus some of her cloths, well I chucked them outside, but later on came.to terms on things and went out and picked her cloths back up, figured.what is done is done and didn't need cops involved as she was always anti about my steroid use

Everyone's doing you no favours with this garbage advice. All of it. You run soooo much gear and have absolutely no physique for all that. You have no doubt destroyed your hpta and should do 200mg test a week and find a way to get results with non superphysiological doses of drugs. Once you figure it out then start a basic bulk with numbers like 600 test 400 deca and maybe a dbol kickstart. That would be after at least 6 months on trt finding what works to actually build muscle. I admire your passion but what your doing is completely wrong and won't hold up long term. Your making big mistakes. Start fresh and do it right. The truth hurts but this is what you need. Anything else is nonsense. You should absolutely not take anything other than try. You must learn how to induce hyper trophy through a standard high caloric diet with lots of protein and carbs with heavy compound movements. Less training and lots of rest and sleep.

If your telling him to go on trt at 200mg a week and get all dialed in this and that why the hell would he need a dbol kickstart ?

If he was to bump up the test to 600 and the deca to 400 then around 5 or 6 weeks later when the blast is in full swing go ahead and throw in some dbol so they all can work together in synergy would be a lot more logical, productive and mass yielding for a bulk.

Man, I stand behind the comment made about lowering your training load 100%!!

If you have an active job, or highly physical job, do your body a favor and give it more rest. You will not regret it, gains will roll in like never before.

3 days Week 1, 4 Days Week 2, etc, etc. Take 1 day of rest in between each session, and the occasional entire weekend. You'll be much better off if you're killing yourself at work everyday too.

Worked for me. :)

it depends what you are after.By your pics with some strong dedication you are right near the levels to where you can get shredded and that will be more phyically appealing to the ladies.If you are after gettting huge go on a pure bulker then save the cutter for another cycle.The hardest thing to do is both at the same time and gives the least results in both directions.My personal opinion anyways.
 
I would personally continue cutting.

Drop carbs. Drop calories as your weight loss stops. Add in a couple cardio sessions down the road. Hold your weight through summer. Bulk come fall/winter.
 
You may find a 4-5 lb loss over a week or two of just water elimination from doing no carb. You may actually be in even better shape than you or anyone else thinks once you see the water off you. :)

Pay attention to this Matt! I know you have, as I'm sure a lot of us if we are going to be honest, waisted time trying to bulk and cut at the same time and getting nowhere in the end!!! Good point H!!

It's not going to stop.me as I.love the gym
I now try to soak.in good advice like people with dieting advice and taking more time off the gym.sounds good.to.me as I.move totes and furniture, up.and down the truck all day long
So ya I don't really push cardio at the gym.at the moment
I.am really into the dieting advice and love to.learn dig approaches
I do feel.good on high pro, high fat, no carbs ( well only fibrous carbs) as my carb source
