hi, i wanted to get a good idea of what HGH or steroids id need to stack to hit my targets, im not saying i will go to it instantly, i just want to research whatever it is id need to take. I want to build muscle generally and tone up nice and firm, obviously i want to cut the fat too.
here is some info about me. i have been going gym and dieting for under a year now and have had mediocre results. i want significant results by December. So what stack can anyone out there recommend for a 1st cycle if i were to do it. i've looked at test 400 or test sustanon + anavar. But nothing official.
Age: 24
Height: 6'3" (191cm)
Weight: 284lbs (129kg)
BMI: 35.5
Gym schedule: 4-5 times per week, 1-1.5 hour sessions excluding sauna/steam. 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights (sometimes more time on weights)
Supplements:
-Protein (Optimum nutrition platinum hydrowhey)
-BCAA
-CLA
-Creatine
-Thermopure (for metabolism, green tea etc)
-Alpha Brain (look it up)
-ZMA
-Vitamins C/B12
-Fish oil
-St Marys thistle (protect liver)
