Try free form L-arginine. I take around 3 grams a few hours before my workout and find it works just as well if not better than any of the overhyped NO supplements (well I only tried one, LoL) out there. Less than $4 for 50 500mg capsules at Wal-Mart...
ive got friends at the gym that swear by arginine. so i actually started using it over a week ago, and i can definately tell that shit is working! id try some out
