Recommendations on what to take?

Just looking for recommendations on what I should take. Here's my story:

I'm a runner, and I've been having hip problems on & off for the past year. I've worked out in the past so I have a bit more muscle mass then a lot of distant runners; I'm 5'8 - 161 at the moment. Since my hip injury this past year, I've had to cut down my running big time, at some points having to take off running completely for a month to two months. Due to this, I've picked up 10 un-necessary pounds that I'd like to shed off - ideally, I'd like to get my weight down to 148-152, so when I'm finished with all of my physical therapy for my hip (which will start in a few weeks), my weight will be where it needs to be. And I just have body fat that i'd simply like to get rid of.

So, what would you recommend me taking?

Right on, man. I'm not really looking to stack a number of things, I'm trying to stay relatively low with the money that I spend and what I put into my body. Also, it has to not cause any effects with my running. What do you think?

What are you currently running? None of these supps cause sides since they are natural and boost endogenous testsoterone levels.
 
I'm not running any supplements, is that what you mean? I'm a runner, I'm not hitting weights at all right now so I don't want to take anything that will put on muscle, I'm satisfied with my muscle mass at the moment. I'm trying to cut out a little fat to prevent re-injuring my hip once I'm rehabilitated. I appreciate it man!
