Just looking for recommendations on what I should take. Here's my story:
I'm a runner, and I've been having hip problems on & off for the past year. I've worked out in the past so I have a bit more muscle mass then a lot of distant runners; I'm 5'8 - 161 at the moment. Since my hip injury this past year, I've had to cut down my running big time, at some points having to take off running completely for a month to two months. Due to this, I've picked up 10 un-necessary pounds that I'd like to shed off - ideally, I'd like to get my weight down to 148-152, so when I'm finished with all of my physical therapy for my hip (which will start in a few weeks), my weight will be where it needs to be. And I just have body fat that i'd simply like to get rid of.
So, what would you recommend me taking?
