recon Jin GH?

my boy just started his cylce today including the use of JIn GH. I was reconstituting it for him since i did a lot of reading bout it but when I stuck the needle in the bottle of the 10 iu GH, the 1ml bac water got sucked right in....i tried sticking the pin on the side and let it down slowly but the entire 1ml of bac water got sucked in......

how can that be avoided in the future?? also, when do you start feeling the effect of GH? i know it takes a couple of months to see the physical change in appearance with proper cardio and diet but when do u feel the effect of it(ie test 3 weeks)..thanks guys!

When you put the pin in try holding the drawing part with part of your hand, also you wanna have it at a slight angle so whenit does shoot in like that (caused by pressure) it goes against the side of the bottle and runs down onto the powder. Then one its all in roll DO NOT SHAKE the vial untill its a clear solution. Hope that helps

can take three weeks or more to see change , after 7 weeks on me it is awsome, added strength , 3 kilos muscle [ 6-7 pound] and cut up around the abbs big time, btw im 31 years old, 6 ft tall and 220 ponds.
also when mixing hold the end of the pin with your thumb nail and let it diperses slowly,
im about to start first course of sus 250 and deca next week , cant wait!!!
