Recovery after Havoc (Epi)

Hey guys,

Not a first time member.... been lurking for over a year. :p
Just wanted to ask everyone a question about my PCT. I ran Havoc 20-20-30-30-40-40, but at the start of the 5th week, I felt lethargic to the extreme, just generally bad, and decided 5 was enough, so I DID NOT start the 6th week, and instead went into PCT.

My PCT is Nolva at 20-20-10-10, Extra Cycle Assist I had leftover, HcGenerate 5 caps/day (Started 2nd week+DAA.)
I am currently starting the 3rd week of PCT tomorrow, so I have done 20-20 NOLVA, 1 week of HcGenerate+DAA.
The problem I'm having is extreme ED.... before cycle was boning 2x/day, solid loads, rock solid etc etc. During cycle the first 2-3 weeks were fine, started getting shutdown week 4, total shutdown week 5, and 2 weeks into PCT, I sleep better, workout hard, not lethargic anymore... but the ED is still there, along with some atrophy. I am pretty surprised since Epi shouldn't shut down too hard from what I have read. The girlfriend comes home in about 2 weeks, so I am getting kind of worried..... I guess having to buy cialis or viagra. Is there anything I can do, or just trust the time? Up dosage of Nolva?
Posted this on another forum and was told to add an AI @ 12.5mg a day, and they recommended a no boosting product....... thoughts?

Stats= 23, 6ft, 230, ran the cycle to cut with.... really happy with the cycle results, just not the total shutdown atm.

The lethargy is due to the stress on your liver. I don't know what all the OTC products are, I've never heard of them, but I'd introduce Clomid at 50mg every day. It is my favourite PCT drug. Use this WITH the Nolvadex. Keep the Nolvadex at 20mg every day. I know what DAA is and although I don't like the kitchen sink approach, if you have it, keep it in there too. To battle the ED, which I think at this point is more of a psychological issue than anything else, order some Cialis and take 10mg every morning during your PCT. Click the RUI banner on this site and order express. You'll have it in a couple of days.

Now, once you recover, stick with testosterone next time. You won't have these problems and it is much "healthier".

lethargic effects are not always due to liver toxicity... it is also partly due to a shutdown of your natural test levels. which is why people will supplement things such as DHEA or other test bases along with epi cycles in order to maintain test levels or atleast combat lethargic effects with exogenous forms of testosterone
