I'm taking it right now...the capsules, at least...only been taking it since Monday, but I do hafta say I like what it does for my appetite...and it has kept me up during my classes...considering most days Im up at 0430 to go to the gym and need a nap by 0800, this stuff keeps me up all day...start with two in the mid-morning or else it'll keep ya up...but that could also be the Mt. Dew I'm drinking lately...I've lost five lbs this week, but I'm also taking clen...so...I dunno which is doing what...lol...I know that helps with the appetite though...
