Hello, I've followed the posts on this board for months now and I'd like to know what I can do to boost my proteins and calories up to 4000/day in order to grow.

When I pay my tuition and FEES at the university next semester (Jan 2004), I will have unlimited access to the fitness center on campus. Currently I'm 6'2 and 160# and before I start juicing, I want at least 185-190.

Please give me an example of a sample daily menu.

i.e.:

Breakfast: (2) eggs, 4 bacons, etc etc etc

Between Bfast and Lunch: NLarge shake, etc

Lunch: 2 double cheeseburgers, etc

snack: Ensure or Boost Plus

Dinner: Chicken (1/2), macaroni 2 cups. etc etc...

After dinner, dessert or bedtime snack: Pretzels (20)

You all seem to appreciate ASSISTING someone with the right idea about dieting and excercise BEFORE juicing... By the end of next semester, with you all's help- I hope to be about 175, without the use of ROIDS.

Need to post in appropriate forum next time. Your diet looks awful, to be hoest. I'm not sure where to start actually. I understand your in college and probably live in a dorm and can't cook, and are stuck eating cafateria food. My college i went to was good about having things like plain chicken breasts and steaks. Baked Potato's and so forth.

Stick with this and adjust from there

2.5g Carbs / lb = 400g
1.5g Pro / lb = 240g
.25g Fat / lb = 40g

That should get you on the right track. Its not 4000 kcal but you don't weigh enough to utilize 4000 kcal right now.

Since your in school i would try and get in 3 solid meals / day and 2 shakes (not a big fan of shakes personally). Stick with lean proteins and complex carbs.

Get rid of this Ensure and pretzel shit. Ditch the bacon and cheesburgers.

At your age i would wait till after college to juice. Your only 160. You can easily get to 225 on your on. Good luck

No NO NO... Next semester, I have my own apartment.. Everything is there EVEN A STOVE..!!!

I'm going to be buying lots of (cheap) steaks and potatoes... lots of chicken breasts.

Thank God for the George Foreman Grill..!
