How is your hand spacing for these exercises:
BB row
Bench press
MIlitary press (standing)

For me, the widest is bench press, then about 4-5 inch narrower either side (jus outside shoulder width) row & military press

mine is just slightly past my shoulders with bench and the same with military presses bb row, just depends on what part of my back im concentrating on,the closer the grip, the wider for my upper lats and the wider grip wider lower lats

BB rows I put my hands so that my index finger is almost touching the smooth part of the bar. Regular bench my pinkys on the ring. Military Press usually somewhere inbetween.

always remember, when doing all these presses you are working your front delts very hard,so you need to work your rear delts at least 2 days a week,if you dont, this is prolly the main reason for rotator cuff injuries, cause grip width when you come down with all that weight puts massive amounts of strain on your rear delts,do some face pulls on a cable machine with a rope 4 sets of 12 on shoulder day and back day, they will indeed strengthen you rear delts, help with your mid back and traps...
