Requesting advice (Picture included)

Sup dudes... new to the forum. Still a novice lifter obviously. Should i stop bulking and start cutting? Strength gains are coming nicely and would be a bummer to have them stop but maybe I will still see them since I haven't filled out all the way? Was hoping to get my pecs bigger before i went into a cutting phase. My chest is definitely weak sauce.

I figure this would be the place to seek some solid advice. Hook a brotha up =)

PS. I know from a previous post i was advised to cut. I wanted to throw up a pic just incase my bodyfat wasn't what i thought it was. Calipers say 16-17% if i measure correctly. I'm sure some of you can guesstimate pretty well. =)

Alright coo coo so its really just personal preference really? ... I cut from 165 to 140 before i started lifting. Weighing in at 163 now. What i would LIKE to do is add more mass to my pecs and then do a hardcore cut to 10% BF before summer time

Does this sound reasonable? From what I've learned so far lifting seems like just a neverending cycle of cutting/bulking and the longer you do it the better the results are. I see a lot of people try to make it more difficult than it has to be and it causes them to burnout and stop. (i have been guilty of this in the past).. Do i have the right idea?

So im gonna keep gaining weight then cuz i feel like I have a lot more strength/muscle to gain before i should consider cutting any fat off. lol

You need to bulk, my thin friend. You have nothing to cut to; the end result would be a skinny pale guy, and even if that's your thing, the results would be ephemeral, unless you aren't a big eater. What's your diet currently look liek?

Bulk it is. I look leaner than I am my stomach accrues all my fat. Calipers tell me 16%. But cutting now seems fkin pointless i agree cuz then ill just be skinny.

I found in order to gain weight i have to pound a weight gain shake in the morning and another after a workout (i have to bloat myself first thing when i wake up) . Then i just try to consume as much chicken/pasta/brown rice/milk as possible. if you count the shakes it comes out to 5 or 6 meals daily. Im one of those dudes who has a 5k cal daily metabolism so i have to consistantly be putting something in my system. Im assuming since I am a very thin body type my main focus should soully be on gaining for a while?

Cut what? you don't have a base yet?

This.. There is no muscle development at all. This means "Back to Basics", ie food, training, sleep.

OP, if you introduce steroids at this stage while continuing your current routine, you will waste time and money. Take some time in the nutrition section so that you can learn how to develop with food first. Steroids will merely amplify the effects of your diet.

Best of luck to you.
