OP, if you introduce steroids at this stage while continuing your current routine, you will waste time and money. Take some time in the nutrition section so that you can learn how to develop with food first. Steroids will merely amplify the effects of your diet.

5"8 163lbs.. Im still a hardcore rookie so dont flame me u bastards gahaha.. you shoulda seen me a couple years ago.. fuckin tweaker status skin and bones.. finally getting a grasp on what works and what doesnt. My metabolism is very very fast so what i usually do is consume a massive weight gain shake post workout and eat as much food as possible (try to eat clean within reason.. no fast foods.trans fats) (lots of olive oil, peanut butter, whole milk) . This seems to be working but I think i need to get a good routine going where i dont overconsume and add a gang of fat. What is a good rate to gain at? If i eat hard i can gain like a pound a day but that seems like I will put on way to much fat haha.
If you have such a fast metabolism you won't really need to cut all you'll have to do is stop the shakes and if what your saying you'll get lean as fuck right now you need to go hard as fuck in the gym you might think your going hard but your not. You need to go fast and do heavy heavy weight build muscle a lot of it then you cut the shakes out and you'll be lean and look crazy but not to be a dick but I know what a fast metabolism is and there's no way you can get as fat as you are with one.
