The last month and a half I've been doing nothing but isolation/pump exercises. Before that I was a big fan of compound and strength exercises. I would switch to isolation but never stick with it for more than two weeks. Lately I've been seeing a tremendous improvement with my Isolation exercises. I've been seeing an increase in the size of my targeted muscle group and getting a lot more sculpted in them. Also my veins are popping out like a motha fucka! My goals in priority's is; #1 to have a 3some with Carmen Electra and Melissa Milano. Priority #2 Gain mass. Priority #3 Get ripped. Priority #4 Strength.
In the next two weeks I will get my D-bol and Test-E in. I am wondering what kind of exercises should I do while on roids. Compounds or Isolation? Or a mixture?
