i dont do the 5x5, thats needsizes sticky. he dont even do 5x5 anymore. =0l
i currently train 4xw.
monday: squats, postreior core work, hips, calves.
tues: bottom end bench work, abs, shoulders, grip
thurs: deads, postreior core work, upper/mid back work
friday: top end bench work, abs, grip.
as you can see most areas get hit more than 1xw.
