This is the most retarded debate I've ever been in...well, maby krieg in the diet forum with his fat bastard diet takes the cake (haha, pun intended).

So you're saying flies don't hit the delt or forearm? Guess what, you're wrong.

What is your point? What are you trying to say? That you shouldn't have a base in compound lifts?
Nah waht good are core lifts.......
I,m fat :)

hhaha! Chill out guys. You have both helped me on here at times, so just chill. Your both cool.

Frosty, when I train chest, I dont consider that a tricep workout as well, and honestly, my tris are my best muscle, and I train tris on another day.

I know tris get slightly worked on chest day, but not much. If I quit my tricep workout, I would no longer have triceps.

You can train triceps on alternate days other than chest......the way I saw this post was that.. you should do tris with chest. You should use a compuond movement such as dips or close grip bench....before going into isolation excercises.

Hi, On a monday i have quite a heavy chest and shoulders routine, this leaves me aching until thursday morning, I am conisdering changing my work out schedule from this

Mon - Chest/Shoulders
wed - Back/ Biceps
fri - triceps/legs

to

Mon Chest/Shoulders
Wed Legs
Thursday Back/ Biceps
Fri Triceps

Do u think this is a better routine? as i will get 2 days of rest between the chest/shoulder day and the back and bicep, any help much appreciated. thanks in advance.
I,d leave the first routine as is......the second one mon and friday are too close together ,shoulders and tris involve alot of tricep work.....with a two day rest it is not enough...
Break your routine down onto excecises and lets see the type of volume you are doing reps and sets wise.....
