everyone says u need lot of rest n food so on so on to build muscle, well im up at 3am gym work from 6-6 sometimes later then i got to cook clean bullshit its 10 by the time i go to bed. is 5hr sleep enough? of do i need to change somthin up? i work 6 days a week those hrs.

8 hours sleep would be great but if you can only get 5 hours sleep make sure your diet is in good order.

Enough calories protein carbs ect.

Btw why are you up at 3am ?

so i can be in the gym at 4 this way it is empty, i can do a quick 2 mile run then lift. if i wait till after work im already tired from being in the sun all day and the gym is packed tighter than a fags ass have to wait for cardio machines n on some free weights too. that would put me at being hm round 9 then i still got house shit to do. should of never of bought my house lol living at home was awesome my mom did everything lol

LOL i feel for you man.
As long as your body is fed what it needs to recover you should be ok.

Hi I would appreciate some help:

I have begun purchasing protein supplements in Australia, and was hoping someone could help me on how I can ensure quality of product from an online supplements business/brand?

Complete Edge Nutrition

This is the business I have purchased from.. Advice please!

I think it all has to do with what your body becomes accustomed to. I worked 2 jobs and went to the gyn 5 days a week for 2 years on 4 hours of sleep a night and when I got my 4 hours I was ready to rock. Now I work one job and get 8 -10 hours a night. If I jumped back into getting 4 hours now forget it, I would be a zombie.

I would not be avble ot do it with 5 hrs sleep less then 7 im a mess and take longer to recover. I aim for 8-9hrs EVERYDAY.
I would rec maybe PRE-cooking meals for next day and pre-make protein drinks and keep in fridge and bring to work, to try and get an extra hr or 2 of sleep in there.

also maybe using Need2Sleep before bed may give you a deeper sleep for the little sleep you get.
