Restart story after 20 weeks on TRT

The sleep apnea is probably casuing a huge dip in your test
Even on trt you wont feel 100% until you deal with your apnea

I know it's a pain but you should just suck it up and wear it. I mean youll be sleeping so whats it matter. Might be harder to fall asleep but you need to deal with it.

You for real, low test can be result of sleep apnea.

Yes,
think about it.

You make your testosterone as you sleep.

Sleep apnea greatly reduces your sleep efficiency.

It's almost like for a normal person getting a crappy nights sleep and then you feel crappy the next day. Yet for someone effected by untreated sleep apnea this happens daily.

I've read guys increasing their test 2-300 points but everyone's different.
At the same time, it could do nothing for you or by simply improving your sleep, you could feel night and day difference.
Only one way to find out.

Your best bet is to run hcg first for 3-6 weeks
and then clomid and nolva after your last hcg injection

Take a read

They run the HCG first to rev up the testes to prepare them for SERM treatment. Just running HCG for 3-6 weeks is not enough. Blood work must be done to ensure you have reached at least 550 ng/dl to attempt a restart....most ppl want higher than this before they go for SERM treatment....
You make it or break it on HCG.

I do know that I can get 7 hours and still feel tired.

It seems it didn't help you at all!

My balls were already suppressed after 2.5 yrs of TRT and no HCG while on.
On my restart of 1500 iu./week of HCG...
I reached 500 ng/dl TT...
so it probably did help me...who knows ??
Without it the symptoms of fatigue would be worse!!!
I've been on TRT and had untreated sleep apnea and still felt like shit.

Not sure my balls have atrophied that bad. They didn't shrink up. I have heard some guys of having raisin sized nuts!

Are you on TRT now?

How long were you on clomid?
A restart could be beneficial. Some guys just need a few months of clomid to get things going again.

Have you ruled out thyroid and adrenal problems?Sleep apnea?

Jomamma,

How long will it take for the external testosterone to leave my body? Is 25mg Of clomid ED a good start?

2-3 weeks would be a safe guess, before starting any clomid if attempting a restart. During that time you would want to use some hcg. What are you trying to do is the real question.

A week after injection your T levels would probably be in the gutter but it's recommended to wait ~19 days to begin clomid/nolva at hrt dosage IMO for best sucess. Not talking about cycle dosages.

"Specificly, you don***8217;t want to start your post cycle therapy (pct) while you still have supra-physiological levels of AAS in your system. What is a non-supra-physiological level? To keep it simple, it is the point where there is less than 200 mg of an active AAS in your system. That is not a perfect estimate but it will work for most people."

I want to stop TRT, as it has made my libido worse. Only reason I went on Androgel in the first place. I haven't taken any androgel for the last two days.

Why is your libido worse on TRT ?
R u monitoring you're Estradiol ?

Man monitoring e2 levels is a full time job, I'm in the same boat trt has yet to do anything for libido. Given ive only been back on for about 3 1/2 weeks.

Not to mention difficult estradiol is a hormone it fluctuates accordingly....
I would go about it in this fashion. Take AI and doses on exact accurate days.
Get labs on Exact days as well(pick one day of the week and stick to that day for all blood work!!!). Get a few labs done as well to get a clear picture of what you are working with so many days from shot e.t.c.

that's why it's better to lower your dose to avoid high estradiol. Trying to consistently dial it in is a roller coaster for most.

Rather have a 600 Total T and feel good consistently.

Amen brother. In six months, I really haven't felt a boost, so what's the point. I swear with the E2 up and down, it makes me impotent. I'm just tired of it. At least I won't have to worry about E2 bouncing all over place.

That's what it's been exactly, a roller coaster ride. Some on another forum say to give it more time. I tired of giving it time! My girl friend is getting frustrated to.
