rice oligodextrin...from protein fact..is it an effective comp. carb?

since i have very little time to eat meals, I'm desperately seeking some alternatives to real food meals. Most mrp's that are shaker friendly have 25g carbs and 40-50 g protein. My ideal ratio is 60-75g carbs w/ 50g protein.

I'm considering pf's carb. supp. which is suppose to be a low glicemic carb.

any feedback on this would be helpful. I plan on using isopures mrp which mixes w/ a shaker cup instantly.

...many other shakes w/ higher carbs (mass gainers) are not shaker friendly and require a blender, or their carb/fat/prot. ratio is not consistent w/ my needs.
