Hey, I got a question about roids. I am fairly new to them and have never used them. I have been lifting weights since high school. I am now twenty. I was the stick in high school, Only weighing 112 pounds my senior year. I have been lifting hard the past 2 years and weigh 135 and I eat everything in sight. I am 5'6 and I have been giving roids a thought. So what do you guys suggest would be the best start for me?
 
nothing, just alot of food...red meat!! lots of protien. good luck stick with it.20 is to young man.
 
Lots of FOOD milk, eggs, meats, whole grain breads and pastas, oatmeal, grits, omega 3's, cook w/olive oil when possible and try and consume at least 2grams of protein per pound so you would need about 270 grams of protein a day. Try and eat 6-8 meals if possible. If u're only 135lbs you have a long ways to go. G'luck.
Another thing, if you/re a hardgainer could take protein shakes that are geared more towards mass building(not always the best because some have alot of sugars and crap in them and im definately NOT telling you to take these instead of meals, take them in ADDITION to your meals).
