Ronnie Colemans Video preveiw!

Coleman is not one of those bodybuilders that just pump up their muscles with baby weights.
Deadlifting 800 and squatting 800 for doubles and triples requires superb amounts of strength and explosiveness.

I'm an athlete (athletics) not a bodybuilder and would bet that Coleman can easily jump to dunk a basketball without a run and with both hands although he's maybe 5'11".
