rookie question on sterilization

hypothetically speaking..if one was to put oil based gear..lets say sustanon, into a container which might not be as sterile; could you heat the liquid later before usage in order to sterilize it?

ok to quit beating aroudn the bush..if I brought in shit from mex. Id bring it in a tanning lotion bottle..since both are oil. Id clean the container out with alcohol and do my best to keep it clean..but still wanna stay on the safe-side..therefore fill me in please.
