Routine Check...

Monday- chest/tris
Tuesday- bi's/back
Wednesday-legs
Thursday-chest/tris
Friday- bis/back

is this enough rest, I usually make Monday mostly chest some light tricep exercises and vice versa on Thursday. Same for Tuesday, mostly back and the Friday mostly bis but hitting some back for warmup.

I see all these various forms of training and I thinking of going to this,

M-Chest
T-back
W-legs
T-arms
F-off or use as a calves and abs day
 
I do a similar workout...
M- Chest/Tri/abs
T- Back/Bi
W- Shoul/Leg/abs
T- Chest/Tri
F- Back/Bi/abs
S- Shoul/Leg
S- Rest
 
Depending on your goals, it looks like you are risk of overtaining. I don't like the idea of going more than two days without an off day. While gym time is important, rest and recovery is equally important.
 
yea, shoulders is where I am having issues, since I hit chest twice a week, I have to be careful to to hit shoulders like you said, 4 times a week.

what would you suggest. I like to spend no more then a hour in the gym. Just seems to me that hitting bi's or whatever just once a week isnt sufficient, but I know lots of people do it, I just cant get it through my head that its enough.
PLEASE HELP

For shoulders I throw in Arnold presses and laterals and maybe military press, but I dont do it after a day where I hit chest or do bench. Just need some advice.
