It did for me. Friday afternoon and good through entire weekend. I now take it low dose daily but used to use it "as desired" . I used to take around 20mg which is around 2/3 of a ml.

Is this an off-label use for CIA? Or is there a problem with ED that you have which requires the use? I don't have ED issues but I keep hearing about how it's good for BP etc. Again, no BP issue...was wondering what all the off-label use was?

You don't have to have ED to benefit from cialis. BP and preventative care for the prostate are listed as on-label effects. The vasodilation (pumps) is just a nice bonus, although super boners (provided you're over 30 to see them as that's when a pde5 inhibitor really shines) are icing on the cake.
