I have not. Each time I check my account/track order, it tells me nothing and I have not received my order yet. I've never ordered from RUI before, I'm a little worried. Not extremely worried, since I've read all good things about the company.

How long does an standard order normally take to arrive from RUI? I'm out of pins!!!!

Did you guys try emailing them? They usually get back to you with a track very quickly. Unless it's over the weekend then they don't until Monday.
