Running and lifting?

I have been eating real lean so I can get LBM on my body. Now if I lift and eat lots of protien and veg. with no breads or sugars could I run once a week to get more cut up? Or will this mess up the bulk? I heard running kills some of your testostrone in your body is this true?

Next question,
Since I am not eating bad carbs like bread, rice, sweets ext. will this hurt my gains in muscle?
 
Running doesn't burn fat, it burns calories. To lose fat, you need to burn more calories than you consume.


Running won't kill testosterone. Sprints actually help increase gh.
 
If you are a morning person, I'd recommend running before breakfast, on a fairly empty stomach (maybe down a protein bar before or something). But if you are like me and find a 10 am wakeup call hard to stomach, just be sure and do the cardio after the weights or on a separate day so that you can get maximum effort/results from the weight workouts.
