Safest Peak T Level To Remain At Indefinitely With TRT

Trying tryptophan won't hurt you. You see, many times it's not only the serotonin level itself, but it could be the reuptake, and tryptophan helps in both. You could test your levels with an SRA (Serotonin Release Assay), and it could return a normal range, which then might indicate an issue with reuptake. If reuptake is too rapid, then there isn't much left in the brain to function properly.

This is how SSRI's work as well, they block receptor sites to inhibit reuptake, thus resulting in higher levels left behind, which you would utilize.

Ok great, so plan of action is to leave test dosage where it is, get E2 tested on Tuesday to see if I've accidentally knocked it too low by using too much Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (since I'm only doing subq shots which don't aromatise much). Start taking 10mg cialis daily for the foreseeable future, and also to get some tryptophan and see if that makes much of a difference to my overall libido.

Thanks for all the advice. My girlfriend will be pleased ;-)

Yes, it boosts N.O. levels, which is what causes the pumps.

I hear you Austin, but is it safe to take before a workout?
Is there any risk of bursting an artery or blood vessel?
What if it forces too much blood flow to dong while training?
I know its a dumb question...but never heard using Cialis like this before.

Of course it's safe, that's why I do it.

no concerns.

That sounds great.

I'm currently prescribed both Testosterone Cypionate and Nandrolone Decanoate as part of my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol.

Just signed up to the forums today. Not trying to hijack the thread, but saw this and wanted to get your input.

How were you able to get Nadrolone(Deca) prescribed for your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol?? The doc I use for my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) use to prescribe it a couple of years ago, but now I can't get it he says the ONLY codes that allow him to prescribe Nandrolone is 1-surgery (must be within 1yr), and 2-muscle wasting such as HIV.

Just curious if my doc is maybe giving me the run around since you are able to get it prescribed.

Thanks man.

For joint relief from synovial fluid viscosity. I just asked for it and explained why I needed it.

Hmm that's odd. That is why my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc would prescribe it to me a couple of years ago. But in the last year and a half or so, my doc has been throwing up a wall and saying the Government has removed that basis for prescribing it anymore. Looks like I may need to find another testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc then. lol

TRT docs are an odd bunch. Going from one doc to another can be like night and day man.

Most doctors are clueless to be honest with ya. It's getting pretty tough to find a good one. I also have an oxandrolone prescription but I don't use it unless I need to.

You using a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guy local to your area? Or you having your meds shipped?
I may give the sites sponsor, IMT a call. Have you heard if they prescribe Nadrolone or not?

Local longevity clinic endocrinologist. I don't know anything about IMT.

Looks like Austinite has given you some excellent advice. Because of him, I tried adding Cialis to my daily meds and I like it.

Do get your estradiol checked. You are taking a lot of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for the dose of test you are on. Given the subq injections and low bf% you probably are not a big aromatizer. And for reference, most guys (anecdotal) seem to be happiest when their E2 is in the 20-39 range with the Sensitive Assay. Low E2 can affect your libido.

Oh, the "flying close to the sun" comment is in reference to the Greek tale about Icarus and Daedelus. :)

Daedalus conceived to escape from the Labyrinth with Icarus from Crete by constructing wings and then flying to safety. He built the wings from feathers and wax, and before the two set off he warned Icarus not to fly too low lest his wings touch the waves and get wet, and not too high lest the sun melt the wax. But the young Icarus, overwhelmed by the thrill of flying, did not heed his father's warning, and flew too close to the sun whereupon the wax in his wings melted and he fell into the sea.

Low dose Cia is AWESOME! and even good for heath! I woulda never thought that years ago. But I have seen the research and now have a few CIA bottles from RUI stored away. just take a lil drop and done!
I am also on hrt. but i HIGHLY rec the CIA for people doing cycles and going into post cycle therapy (pct). its a great addition to PCT! If you havent tried it yet in post cycle therapy (pct). Give it a go. I have never heard a complaint about that from anyone. Only praise!
I also have V but it has to be taken more often so I think cia is better.

I'm smiling right now because I'm loving the grammatical correctness you possess.

I understand your need to self treat as I've heard of the difficulties folks face in the UK. On the other hand, I am desperately waiting Nebido's approval for marketing in the United States. I'm currently prescribed both Testosterone Cypionate and Nandrolone Decanoate as part of my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol. I've managed to rid myself of having to use an aromatase inhibitor by injecting testosterone subcutaneously. I do however, use an over-the-counter drug called DIM that keeps me stable and in range.

Back to you, I think you'll benefit from a consistent dose of Cialis. Once you have it flowing through your system regularly, you'll experience your elevated libido again; without the risk of estrogen conversion from increasing testosterone dose. Unlike viagra, you'll only come to an erection when stimulated, rather than prolonged periods and erections at random. Sounds nice, but frankly, it can get quite annoying.

You seem to have a really good head on your shoulders. I hope that you'll give Cialis a fair try and it resolves the issue at hand.

HATE to tell you this brother. Nebido isn't coming. Sad news, and one of the reasons I had to switch employment. The FDA just isn't going to accept the risk/benefit analysis...

Ok. Can you explain exactly why you think so? We said FDA isn't going to approve about 100,000 things in the past.
