I might be doing a show in 15 weeks, Im struggling to decide if I want to, I would be doing physique but I have a lot of bf% to drop before id be ready, im probably sitting at 15% or so, id have to be at no more than 8% to even be worthy to step on stage.

Well, you just got off a cycle, so running a cycle for a cut now, is kinda out of the question...
Not sure what I'd do. Oh wait, no, that's actually easy. LOL I wouldn't compete

Officially done everything, I loved SARMS, weighed myself one last time, 202lb on an empty stomach upon waking up, pounded out decent weights, got up the 95's on shoulder press for 4, someone was using the 90's. I am going to jump back on sarms in a couple months, probably try some different ones and ill make sure I keep track and post about my experiences. I would recommend off of my own experience, but as with anything else I encourage you to do your research and make sure it is something you want to use. I would NEVER push a supplement or compound onto someone without them knowing the pros and cons before diving in

Just keep eating and throw out the notion that its not OK to gain some fat. You WILL gain fat if you want to put on a bunch of mass/muslce just roll with it

Go sarmssearch.com and be happy. Agree, sarms are the BEST for a good recomp. End of story. I don't even mess with phs any more; they're liver harsh, almost never dry, and I just prefer the aesthetics of the sarms look. I'm about to start a run on Osta/S4, and I'm looking to get some of my cut back after being out for three weeks with pneumonia.
As for the S4 vision sides, I went to my eye doc the other day, and she says my eyes haven't changed a bit. SARMs, I think, are so much safer than prohormones/injectables it isn't even funny. But, don't fuck around. Go to sarmssearch and accept no substitutes. Unique is underdosed and diluted, and sarms1.com (the new IT company) is a complete fraud. I'll have more to say about sarms1.com later, but I think there is some very serious deception going on over there.

ditto.....big sarms fan. I only use Sarms Search and I have tried all the others. Sarms1 is garbage. The suspension is not even CLEAR. Its a lumpy white mess. Funny you feel the same
