Attempted training arms on lunch no motivation (treadmilling and stretching instead).
I'm feeling small, no well being, pretty sure depression is about to kick in.
With that said, I took 25mg Osta and 120mg torem this morning, I know I should wait a few days to let hcg clear but With a 5 day half life it won't hurt to start the ramp up. The hcg worked also my beans dropped and I'm now a half man. Since we all know real men have testosterone in their body.
I weighed 117 this morning also.

i hope you mean 217, but otherwise good luck with the pct..
 
Well today ended where I started 3 weeks ago at Squat 365x4. To be honest I'm kinda happy. Last cycle I lost an easy 50lbs on everything. So ill take that number, and well see how the rest of my lifts go this week, as its the 1rep week before a much needed deload.

I must say, the explosion from dead stops is killer. Defiantly will be doing dead stops more frequently. One of my better chest work outs I've done. The 365x6 takes my 1mr up to 330. So I'd like to think I'm still making gains or at the least maintaining.
Excited to see the numbers this week and excited to have next week as a Deload week. I think I'm getting sick. So hopefully I can make it through the rest of the week.

But to answer your question in full detail (lol).

Here's my next meso cycle (Aka531) the only weight I'm really increasing is shoulders since its feeling good and I'd like to make progress in weight and reps.
Deadlift got a little boost since my 1mr increased.

2nd Meso Cycle

All those are the last set of the main work out, so you always push for as many reps as possible not just what's listed. So I'd say if I can make these numbers which would put me at week 6 of osta and done with pct I'd say 100% yes it's osta with a strong consistent diet.
 
Well I'm sick with a sinus infection :/ I slept like crap last night, and took a nap on lunch.
Forced food down and still had a decent arm work out.

Well set another new 1MR so I need to recalculate(maybe)for next meso.
25mg Osta And 120mg Torem down the pipe, balls are still alive. So I think the hcg blast right into torem worked. TG

Well 3 days in a row I've felt weird, shakey, sweating, etc.
today was the worse ever, let me lay it out.
Wake up at 445 shower get ready
530 take osta/torem then drink a shake 2 scoops of gainer, 4oz of egg whites, 8 oz of Milk, 2scoops of almond butter
540-610 drive to work sipping a coffee with creamer
Get to work and move a couple things around and at about 630 I started feeling the sweats and has to poo sitting on the toilet I started getting disoriented shaking and feeling like I'm going to pass out so I finish and literally run back to my desk grab my iso bag and just start eating and dink everything in it.
In less than 2 min I ate a banana,apple,8oz of OJ,giant scoops of almond butter(literally 1/4 of a jar)
I'm still shakin so I grab a chicken meal and start eatin sweet potato and chicken which brings us to now. I'm starting to level out, shakes just stopped along with that weird feeling.

I'm wondering if its the Osta or Torem that's spiking my insulin causing me to go into a diabetic shock?

its deff NOT the osta, its has nothing to do with insulin.

You on any bp meds or lipid meds? high systolic/low diastolic...what time did you check sugar levels? right after a meal or what?
