Scale?

Hey Girls,

Do you all weigh your food with a scale? I am thinking I should purchase one and was just wondering if you had any recommendations. I've never weighed my food before, but when I look at sample meals I see the meats, veggies, etc. are all in oz.

Hey, thank you Jenner. Yeah it does seem like a pain, however I did pick up a simple scale that should do the job until I can eyeball my portions.
