I only managed to keep it on for three days, then it started irritating the skin...

It was supposed to aid the drainage of fluid and reduce swelling, but I'm icing it that much it's hard to say whether it was working or not.

Got my first workout in today :)

Chest and shoulders (all straight arm) - god it felt good back to be in there...

Ok so back at it yesterday for a chest session.

Incline DB press warmup+ 85x8 85x7 80x8+dropset
Flat BB press 3x7 185+dropset
Cable flys 3x8 60
DB pullover supset w/ closecgrip press with dame DB 3x8 70

Overhead DB ext 3x8 30
Straight bar press down 3x8 160
Dip machine 3x8 180

Screwed around after with some bodyweight movements super setted together to get some more blood into the muscle then called et quits.
 
Today was leg day and it went as follows

Lying leg curls warmup+3x8 120
DB SLDL 65lb DBs 3x8

Squats warmup+ 225x8 275×8 315×6+triple drop
Leg press w/ bands 16 plates 3x8+dropset
Leg ext 3x8 205

Seated calve ext 3x8 315
Standing calve raises on hack squat machine 3x8 315
Seated calve raises 3x8 225

That all folks. Back at it tmrw for back and biceps. Gonna be a heavy one!!! Time to get dirdy with some heavy compound movements and hit those slow twitch fibers. All movement for the time being are very explosive with a slow negative. Still ery strict form ad always but it fuckin time to get dirty. I feel amazing I feel strong and the rack pulls are gonna get murdered tomorrow!!!!!!! Until then.

Woke up today and with wind chill it was a chilly -38°C so I had to turn the fuckin heat up boys!!! Back and bis style, a full blown assault!!

Had 1 cup of egg whites, 1 cup of oats, 500ml OJ 1 scoop isolate, 5g creatine, 1 cup of coffee. Showered up. Slammed a scoop of NO Explode and slid down the ice to the gym.
Pedal to the metal all the way to the gym, and pedal to the metal the whole time in the gym!!! Low rest, high intensity, slow negatives, big pumps.
Rack pulls warmup+315x8 365x8 405x8
DB rows 3x8 105
Wide grip pulldowns 3x8 180
HS iso lateral rows 3x8 100 superset w/ high cable pulls w/ rope 3x8 60

BB curls 3x8 80
Hammer curls 3x8 40
Concentration curls 3x8 25

Thats a wrap, back at it tmrw for.....im not sure what but possibly chest. Either way something is gonna get Schredded up!

So it seems im suck at a plateau in chest exercises for some reason. All other body parts are gaining strength but not chest. Not too concerned though because the pump I can achieve is of mind blowing proportions brothers. And its growing so fuck the numbers.

Todays onslaught went as follows

Flat bench warmyp+3x8 225+dropset
Incline DB press 3x8 75+dropset
Cable flys (from waist up) 3×8 50+dropset
HS MTS decline press 3x8 70

DB side laterals 3x8 30+dropset

Skull scrushers 3x8 85
Double underhand cable pushdowns 3x8 120
Overhead cable ext 3x8 30 superset with closegrip straight bar overhead press 3x8 50

Thats it for today, back for legs tomorrow. My weight is still at a steady 220. But looks wide I improve weekly I am VERY happy with how I look and the scale not going up doesnt mean a thing, still up 8 lbs from what I started at anyways and still a long time to go with a Tren assault on the horizon and maybe a lil MastE to compliment that!!!!! Showtime.

I'm guessing the Tren and Mast are going to sharpen you up and dry you out, whilst maintaining pretty much the same bodyweight that you're at now?

Thats the plan brother. Maintain weight while looking harder, leaner and grainier creating the illusion ive gained weight ate am bigger than I actually am.

In for a leg workout today. Still a bit tender from last workout so the volume was quite a bit less this time around.

Squats warmuo+225x8 275x8 315×8+triple drop
Walking lunges 3x8 per leg 80
Lying leg curls 3x8 140
Seated calve ext 180 10+10 sec rest 20+20 sec rest30+30 sec rest 40

Thats a wrap until some moe back and bis tomorrow follow by a few days rest!
 
So back at er today for round two of back and bis this week. Now for a few days rest.

Today went like this

Close grip chins 4x8
BB rows 3x8 225 w/ dropset
DB rows 3x8 105
Close grip cable rows 3x8 225 w/dropset
HS wide grip pulldown 3x8 100 w/ dropset
Reverse pec dec 4x8 60
Machine shrugs 3x8 275
Behind back BB shrugs 3x12 135

Alternating DB curls 3x8 40
Plate loaded machine curls 3x8 45
Incline DB curls 3x8 30

Finished up with threw different exercises for tris 1 set each 25 reps back to back to back no rest.

And out. Super tired these last few days, ive been working loooing days, so ive been slacking. Diet had been sketchy, kinda just eating whenever I want and whatever I want. Mostly healthy but kind all over the place and im going through a phase I just really dont wanna look at food. Trying to make food that tastes good cold as I can warm it up at work. And like I said before eating food cold that is supposed to be warm get extremely hard to do.

Oh and I threw a few sets of DB curls in there too after some in the midst of the tricep work 3 set alltogether 12reps with 40 lb DBs

Yup!! Got ta dig DEEP!! Well I work two more day and have a week off so it will be easy to eat as the meals will be more.

Also tan into a bro at the gym I hadnt seen in a while so were gonna get some sessions in together so its gonna get even more serious from here on out.

Nice to get to the gym and be able to kill it without rushing isn't it? Our schedules are brutal but like you said gotta dig deep.

Nice!! Ya 7 off is awesome but 7 one really sucks, lol. Beats mon-fri hand down though.

ya I tend to workout alone most times, I am very picky of whom I train with. Most people just flake out. Me and this guy though train similar without any bs so itll be good.
 
My training partners are a set of headphones, turned up so loud that when Joe Blow starts talking, all i see are his lips moving. Lol, everyone gets me now at the gym, catch me before or after workout, don't waste your time during:)
