So......big arm blast today

Warmed up with some sets on the cables, some pushdowns and curls both with a straight bar

CG bench on smith machine 185x12 225x12 245x8 135x 12 with every 4th rep being very slow down and up then 12 or so more reps basically till we couldnt push any more

Preacher BB curls 40x12 60x12 80x10 100x6 then a set with 40 12 reps every 4th rep very slow up and down finishing with a 30sec loaded stretch

DB overhead ext 25 30 35 superset w/ DB curls 30 4 sets of ten

Dip machine 150x12 165x12 195x12

Machine curls 3x10 50

Single arm underhand pushdowns 3x12 30

Cable hammer curls 3x12 100 with a final set or 100 70 50 as many reps we could get with each weight I cant even remember how many.

Pushed it hard today, love having a good training partner to lend a hand with some reps so we can go to failure. Was a pretty long workout. Once I go into my car I could feel muself starting to go hypo, which hasnt happened in a LONG time so I could wait till I got home to have a shake so I hit Wendys up across the street for 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers and a coke PWO!!! BOOM!!!! Arms gotta grow now!!

Back at it tmrw for another leg day anything else is outta the question now.

Damn it boy can feel the intensity through your journal. Love seeing others killing that shit. And HELL YES on the burgers, been there done that. Nothing like replacing protein shake, banana, and white bagel, for two quarter ponders with cheese and a large Dr Pepper.

Gotta mix it up brother!!! Damn those burgers tasted good after mot having a cheat for a few days lol

Now its 1.5 hrs after my burgers and its two chicken breasts and a cup of rice, not as satisfying though haha

have been doing your full bicep extensions for the last two weeks now and I'm already seeing progress on my own biceps. My left was less formed than my right, not sitting as large and as far extended to the outside of my arm. Since I've done them the left has caught up and even the right is looking all swole and bulbous due to the extra workload.

So big props, giving you a bit more reputation for the previous posts on your curling technique!

Good to hear brother. Even if this log helps one guy out its successful. Its really all about mixing things up, not doing the same old stale routine over and over and over again, and most importantly MAKING THE EXERCISE HARD TO DO, the harder it is to do the more your achieving when doing it.

Warmup on single leg standing leg curl machine

BB SLDL 135x8 185x8 (225x8 drop to 135x8)
Seated hamstring curls 7x10 105

Hack squats 135x12 225x12 315x8 (315x8 drop 225x8 drop 135x8)
Leg ext. 7x10 105

Calves on legs press 7x10 225

Adductor machine 3x12 100
Abductor machine 3x12 80

Felt like I needed some blood in the delts too so I did a few set to do just that

Side laterals 3x12 20 25 30
Front delta on MTS machine 3x12 80 100 120
Seated rear delt raises w/ DBs 3x12 15

Thats it, back for back and bis or cheat and tris tomorrow havent quite figured out what I want to do yet.
 
PWO meal today. One hour after 60g isolate. 2 chicken breasts 6oz yam and 6oz white potato mixed together half liter of water and a diet pepsi. Grow legs grow!!
 
Back and biceps today and to be honest im so burned out right now I can hardly remember the weights I used there was a lot of drop sets, loaded stretching, a superset and me and the gf just ripped it up, I went like this (and I apologize for not having weights in I totally lost track of what was going on!!)

HS row warmup+12-10-8 last set had a triple drop+a loaded stretch

WG pulldown 12-10-8 last set had a triple drop and a loaded stretch

DB row 3x8 I hit 110s on this and a final set with 55lbs 3 reps then a slow squeeze for a total of 12 reps

MTS low row superset w/ MTS high row 3x10 on each exercise and each set

Standing cable curls 12-10-8 last set was a triple drop with a loaded stretch

Hammer curls 3x12 I hit 40ob DBs on this

Machine curls double arm 3x12 (3 reps then one very slow squeeze for a total of 12 rep and last set I just repped out for as many as I could get)

That it for today!! I need some sleep tonight as I slept like crap last night. Tomorrow were hittin chest so stay tuned!
 
absolutely! I think if every day was a cheat fay that would get boring too!

This is completely true. Before I was working with 3J, I was working out but eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. It gets so old, eating out, eating bad at home, at work, etc. Cheats are amazing! But, bad food all the time will make you feel like a pile of crap, and it becomes very evident after eating clean for a while.

Great log man, keep it up. I'll quit fuckin off and start logging someday lol
 
Chest and triceps today and I mixed it up a bit today as far as exercises go.

Cable flys to start. 2 set up high and 2 sets down low 12 reps each set 50lbs each set

Incline HS 70x12 90x12 (115x8 drop 90x8 drop 70x8)

Flat DB press 3x8 75

Pec deck 3x12 55lbs superset w/ pushups 3x12 (sets for each were 3 normal reps then one very slow contraction until I had 12 reps)

Tricep machine (hammer grip) 60x12 80x12 (100x5 drop 80x5 drop 60x5 drop 40x5 followed by a 30 sec loaded stretch)

Skullcrushers 65x12 75x10 85x8 then press for 8 reps

Double underhand pushdowns 3x12 100 (last set was a triple set, stance was starting far away and each set I took one set in, 10 reps at each position)

Thats it for a few days now, gonna take 2 or three days off then back for some shoulders!
 
Weight is at 222 this morning

The Tren has taken effect no doubt. I can visually see some slight changes. My mood is insanely good, I feel like I could run through a brick wall. Feel great. Temperature is up for sure and vascularity is insane, I have vein popping everywhere. Now this of course is compliments of the EQ as well as that is really starting to shine as well. In running Tren Enth this time around so im excited to see how that works but im kick starting with Ace so that is gonna cut down on the wait time.
 
On another note I think I may have broken one of my toes. I stubbed the fucker HARD on a chair in my house and heard a crunch and it is quite painful lol. Ill have to wait till morning to see if theres any bruising but ive broken many bones and id say its broken by the way it feels. But, broken toe or not I wont miss a beat in the gym!!
