I find bi's are ok as long as I keep it to 1cc or less per, if absolutely necessary I've done 1.25ml bilaterally to get 2.5cc done.

Absolutely, i just did .5 in each to test the waters and it wasnt an issue. And as far as being sick goes, it always sucks. But im sctually filling out quite nice and growing with all this rest. My muscles feel very relaxed which is nice. And of course with all the time off when I go back Ill just start sucking up nutrients like crazy. Ive done a week off many times before and that is something a lit of guys underestimate.

I can honestly say, I'd rather pin my neck than biceps!!!

So after a full week off from training, which was much more of a benefit than I thought, I went back today to bang out some chest and tris. Im bigger than ever, and stronger than, I actually gained strength and the fullness and pump was something fuckin ridiculous. Nothing to fancy today as the week off Im gonna use as a reset so to start will be some straight sets (maybe a couple add ons here and there) then ill start to add things on again. Today went like this.

Benchpress 5 sets working up to 275lbs
Incline DB press 3 sets
Cable curls 4 rest pause sets (these I do standing straight up, arms straight out bringing the hands together while keeping arms straight, no bending of the arms, no bending at the waist)
Incline HS 3 sets

Single arm pushdowns 3 sets
Skullcrushers 3 sets superset with CG press 3 sets
Cable kickbacks 3 sets

Last day of the Dbol tomorrow and I can say that I will miss it. That is quite possibly one of If not the best compound going (especially if your lean). Strength and growth are off the charts.

Tomorrow is leg day!!
 
You are absolutely correct brother. DBOL, is fantastic I LOVE the euphoria it gives you. Well FUCK add that now to my next Blast. Lol
 
I am going to go on record and say that Dbol, AT LEAST FOR ME (being lean) does a better, faster job, and makes me stronger and look better then Tren. And, on top of all that instead of feeling terrible and getting some mental sides Dbol just makes you feel like complete awesomeness from top to bottom at all times. It could very well be the best compound going.

The only downside is that one cant run it for a whole cycle as It would most likely cause to much harm to the liver and BP. but the amount it does in such a short period of time is just amazing. With all that said though, someone with a higher BF% would really see no benefit from running it, the would just balloon up and end up looking like shit.
 
Back at it for a mid afternoon leg session today. I had to skip on calfs today because I pinned calfs again a couple days ago and it wasn't quite as smooth sailing as the first pin there, this one caused me a bit more pain, lol. So I hoping to get calfs back up and going tomorrow. But, my calfs are coming along quite nicely so Im not worried.

I switched it up today and instead of doing all hams and then all quads or all quads then all hams I went back and fourth between the two.

Leg extension 4 sets w/ a slight drop set on the last set
Seated hamstring curls 4 sets w/ a slight drop set on the last set
One legged machine press 4 sets
One legged kneeling hamstring curl 4 sets
Walking DB lunges 4 sets

That was it, my legs are coming along quite nicely which I am VERY pleased about as being 6'3 legs are probably the hardest thing to make grow, but Im making it happen. Gonna hit some back and bis tomorrow so stay tuned.
 
How do you feel D'Bol would stack with Tren Ace?

I think it would be a VERY good combintion man. Would it be a little toxic? Probably. But if you only run the Tren for 8 weeks and the Dbol for 4 is that THAT huge of an issue? Probably not.

I have ran both compounds would run them like this.

Just an example

Test/Tren 1-8
Dbol 5-8

Let the Dbol and Tren work together rther than at different times as they would if you used Dbol as a kicker. If your lean enough and run the two like I said your gonna get the fullness from the Dbol and the hardness from the Tren all at the same time.

I know some guys dont think 'bulking' and 'cutting' compounds work together like this but I can tell you they do.

When you're pretty lean (single digits) you aromatize less to begin with and don't necessarily need to (though I would)

I was recently using superdrol on my cut/maintenance despite what most people would consider it to be a bulking drug...anadrol works wonders to keep you looking "full: while dieting too :D

I might give dbol another shot based on shredders' profession of love, normally the back cramps kill me but maybe I'll give it another shot ;)

I would up it a touch for sure. You don't really want to start retaining too much water, although like SnowP said if your lean enough this really wont much of an issue IMO. But to be on the safe side until you know how you react to the compound take a bit more wont hurt. Plus you don't want estrogen getting to high anyways while running Tren anyways.

Today was back and bis!! What a great workout, strength is still climbing without form slipping, everytime I go back to the gym I am surprised at how I look as well and the strength increase.

Wide grip chins on a machine 4 sets last set was a drop set
Wide grip HS pulldowns 3 sets last set was a drop set
DB rows 3 sets
Rope cable rows 3 sets last set was a drop set
Iso Lateral MTS high row 3 sets
DB shrugs 4 sets

Concentration curls 3 sets last set was a drop set
Standing double arm cable curls behind the head 3 sets with a drop set on last set
Machine curls 3 sets with a drop on last set

So something Ive found to work quite well lately doing ore workout to improve uptake and the holding on to of water and nutrients of the meals during and surrounding the workout and increasing strength and energy in the gym. I used to be of the thought that the preworkout meal should be clean, such as, chicken or fish or something like that with some brown rice or yams or whatever. Now that might be fine during a cutting phase but for bulking this seems to me to be totally silly and doesn't even come close to doing the job the a HIGH CALORIE, HIGH SODIUM meal does before a workout. I have been doing this lately and the difference has been night and day. Just some food for thought for you guys bulking. Everyone talks about macros but sodium is rarely mentioned, and it is a vital part of bulking so keep that in mind.
 
Dbol sure as fuck makes me feel awesome too... Think I'll be throwing in a low dose say 20mg split throughout the day in the near future. It makes me look full as hell too and love the pumps. I agree with using a bulker and a cutter style AAS, call it what you will... But hence why Deca+Mast makes for a great combo. Stacking will always make for the freakiest combos compared to going balls out on one single compound.

Ya bulkers and cutters are the best together, if youre lean enough to pull it off. You get the fullness plus the hardness rather than too much bloat or too much hardness, I like a little mix of the two.

Right now Im at about the start of week 7 I believe, gonna probably end up running this on longer than originally planned, all depends on where I stand gains wise and blood work wise when I get checked near the end. If all checks out then Ill keep going.

And ya man sodium AND carbs is correct, you gotta have both and shit loads of them. Im a pizza and soda guy too, lol. Or, if not that, theres a DEADLY pub next to the gym I train at so Ill pop in there for some power food before the gym sometimes. What else I do is after that big carb/sodium meal Ill have 10g of BCAAs and 50-100g of simple carbs during my workout, it seems my body just sucks that up. The fullness and pump is just fucking ridiculous dude. Then Ramen and isolate post workout maybe some sugars pasteries too, all those things together really seems to kick some ass for me.

All this advice if any new dudes are reading is if for BULKING and also works much better when lean. You will not shed fat doing this or gain any quality weight if your BF is too high to begin with. I have a VERY fast metabolism and it seems the more cheats and oddball stuff I eat the better I do. If I eat clean, no matter how much I eat, I lose weight.
 
Damn bro we have the same mentality in this game diet, gear and training wise it's awesome. No currently at 500mg atm and will be sitting here for a bit, will look at 750 in 8 weeks or so then possibly go to 1G or top out at 750mg even if I like it enough. The idea is long term so it is a bit of an experiment. Fullness is much stronger going from 250-500mg already, pumps are better... Just taking it easy though in terms in diet and training, noticing a slight leaning effect though. Feeling good too. Vascularrity is up a bit as well.
 
Big chest day today! I also threw in some side laterals and triceps and finished off with some calfs. Im a few days off the Dbol now and haven't lost any size or strength and the pumps in the gym are still out of control so its safe to say all the other stuff is in full gear now!!

Incline BB press 4 sets with a drop/rest pause set on the last set
Super incline HS 4 sets with a drop/rest pause set on the last set
Flat DB press 4 sets
Decline HS MTS one arm at a time 3 sets
Inline DB flys (just a slight incline on the bench) 3 sets

Seated DB side laterals 4 sets

Straight bar pushdowns 4 sets banged out 12 reps on the last set with the whole stack!!!!!!!!
Single arm underhand grip 3 sets last set was a drop set
Single arm overhead DB extensions 3 sets

Seated calf raises 3 sets last set include partials at the end
Seated sled raises (legs straight out) 3 sets drop on last set with partials to finish

Killer workout today was strong to the finish, gonna eat some treats post workout......my regular ramen noodles and isolate but gonna throw in some toaster strudels for a treat bout 150 carbs and 60 protein PWO. Sitting at about 400g of carb for the day right now so one more meal with 100g and ill hit my 500 mark then the last meal will be strictly protein and fat as per usual. Time to relax and grow now and then back at er tomorrow for......Im not sure......Ill figure it out tomorrow!!
