There's such a fine line between an amazing pump and an uncomfortable one!
I'm prepared to introduce high dose Taurine when needed - but right now the requirement is marginal!

The more painful the pump the better. And I mean a pump in the muscle being trained, not some crazy lower back pump from squats, lol. If Im not wincing during sets Im not doing the job right. :)
 
So I think a workout or two got deleted with whatever was going on. Im not gonna try and remember what I did and write those back in Im just gonna start off again with last nights shoulder BLAST. And I couldnt believe the pump I had in my shoulders. The most painful pump Ive ever had. It was a fast paced, high paced assault.

DB press 4 sets
Front DB raises 3 sets
Cable side laterals 4 set ( various distances away from cage)
Reverse pec deck 3 sets
High rop pulls super set woth bent over reverse FB flys 3 sets each
Upright rows 2 sets

Banged all that out in 40 mins. Had to stretch out afterward as I loterally coulden even hold my arms up. Never had a burn like that before.
 
So after talking about arms yesterday I figured what better way to end the day then with an arm blitz. And I killed em, 40 min assault, bis and tris.....

Overhear HS bicep machine 4 sets

Incline DB curls 4 sets last set was light weight for as many reps as I could do, cant even remember how many I did

BB curls 3 sets

Double arm overhead DB extension 4 sets

Cable kickbacks 3 sets

Straight bar pushdown 3 sets (I started 2 steps away from cable and did 10 reps took a step in did 10 more took another step in and did 10 more) 3 sets 30 reps each.

Thats it. The Dbols are something else, AML has outdid themelves again. This is the first time Ive ran their Dbol and Im VERY impressed. I felt very strong last night but still keep the weight appropriate for what I was doing and the pump was off the charts. Back day is up next. Stay tuned.
 
Glad to see your busting out another log. I learned quit a bit off your last one.
1 example: my protein shake went from 2 scoops whey protein and milk.... to 1 scoop whey protein, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup or so eggwhites, cpl peanuts, 1 cup oats, some spinage, and sometimes a little greek yogurt :)

Quick Q bout how you dose your live 52. 1 pill 3x daily or 2 pills 3x daily? Havnt found much info on it. Pm me if you want. Thanks
 
I may be running a bit much. Running a little adex along side 200 mg's of test weekely. I've been running 1 pill 3x daily and was gonna up that to 2 pills 3x daily when i blast a little dbol. I'm not running nac nor do i know what it is lol like i said, I'm learning

Here's my liver support advice...

NAC - 600mg year round, 1200mg on cycle, 1800mg on cycle (with orals)
LIV52DS - (DS = Double Strength) - 1 tab a day on cycle, drop it when off cycle.

If you can't find the DS version - just take 2 of the standard strength tabs. (1AM - 1 PM)

NAC is N-acetyl cysteine. It comes from the amino acid L cysteine and is an amazing liver protectant among MANY other things and its a very inexpensive supplement. Liv 52 is also very good so a combination of the two is about as good as it gets. You could always go get some bloos drawn to see how your liver enzymes look then youll have a better idea of how much you do or dont need.
 
Looks like you got another good one goin brother... I'm back at it nearly full-on, and staying lean here is easy with it being so humid. This blend is very nice, but I can feel the aggression sneakin up on me at times

Hey brother, on man, I can tell this is gonna be a good one already. Im up just shy of 15lbs already lol. Aiming to break the 250 mark this one!!

Im glad to hear things are going well for you. And your all settled in and back killin it!

Hit some back last night guys. Gym was packed like it was mating season with an alarming amount of guys with ILS. But, I got er done despite that...

HS seated row 4 sets (last half of each set was rest pause reps)
WG pulldown 4 sets (very slow up and down)
HS MTD low row 3 sets
DB pullovers superset w/ 2 arm bent over DB row 3 sets each
CG cable row (last half of each set was rest pause reps)

Felt the lats working really hood this workout, was abke to get them to pinch with every rep. The mind muscle connection keeps improving.

Chest day is up next followed by legs.
 
Ripped up legs today! The original plan was to hit chest but I decided to scrap that and do legs instead. It went like this....

Squats 5 sets (last set was a light rest pause set)

Leg press 4 sets (first 3 sets the reps were 1 very slow 3 normal and repeat for a total of 12 reps) (last set was a NOS set 4 drops with 5 reps each and on the last set I had a 20 second loaded stretch)

Leg extension 3 sets (all rest pause sets)

Seated ham curls 4 rest pause sets

DB SLDL 3 sets

lying ham curl 1 NOS set (4 drops each drop had a 20 second loaded stretch)

Calf raise on sled super set w/ standing BW raises 3 sets each

Seated calf raise super set w/ BW raise on an angled platform 3 sets each (seated raise were all rest pause sets)

The workouts keep getting better and better each time I train, I am very happy so far. Im getting lots of rest, so Im recovering very well and growing VERY well. I feel strong every time I train and strength is noticeably increasing with each training session although I am mindful to only jump up as much weight as I need to and not get carried away.

Chest tomorrow.
