the last few days I found a way to get in a bit more protein... been mixing in a blender; plain yogurt, 2 scoops of unflavoured isonatural, ice cubes and downing it... first thing in the morning and at least one more time during the day
I find with the unflavoured isolate I can do many more things with it... the simplest way is; skim milk, 2 scoop of protein, couple squirts of chocolate syrup and ice cubes... can't beat it
