One thing that it kinda weird though that you cant notice too much in these pics is the depth of my chest compared to my waist, from the front to the back it it almost twice as deep, which makes it kinda hard to make my shoulders appear large compared to my upper body. So thats a pretty big goal to me right now...My current workout is a 2 day split, sunday/monday, wednesday/thursday, and friday is my pure cardio day, with saturday so rest.
Now I just need to stop avoiding the sun and get a tan.... right now i could fricken camouflauge with the barracks walls...
