Screwed?

Has anyone ordered from jumpstretch.com?
I placed an order with them back on December 28th and they still haven't come.
I have "confirmation" that my order was shipped, however still nothing. I've emailed then and not received a response.
I live in Canada so I suppose there is a possibility they are stuck in customs, although I can't think of why since they are just bands.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them?

Hmm. Maybe they thought the bands were for a giant slingshot to propell illegal spy footage to other countries.
