SDLS..Stiffy dead lifts q and 21 preachers?

Hey guys,

I have been doing mainly core movements, deads, bp, dips, squat, etc....with some isos. I believe that my pulling movements do well for arms, I do target with some isos too. However, I have two questions...

I have been doing Stiffy deads...and can feel them. However, I asked at the gym, are they a strength builder or good for mass? I cut out my deads...I still do squats and vertical leg press. I added stiffy deads. know they are not dead lifts, but my q is do they add mass to the hamstrings or is this mainly a strength exercise?

My other q. After I do back, rows, lat pulls, etc..I throw in some sets of bis. Has anyone done 21s on preachers. If so, how well does this work. Example after back, I will throw in 3 sets of bb curls, then superset at the end 21s w preachers( just one set ). Is this effective? I did it once, and idk.
