I am planning my second cycle and would like some advice on what I’m considering. My first cycle consisted of 12 weeks of test cyp (500mg weekly). I felt great at 500mg and saw okay gains (gained at least 20 lbs, am sure I’ve lost at least 5). I am on PCT right now and it’s been rough, I also got sick during the first week of PCT which definitely didn’t help. I have bloods from before, during, and will be getting them done 4-6 weeks after PCT as well, so I do have a baseline. Nothing was out of the ordinary and some values were actually better while I was on. I will obviously not start my second cycle until at least 20 weeks after my PCT is over and my bloods come back flawless. I’m hoping using HCG prior to PCT this time will help with the transition, I just did not have access to it before. During my first cycle I found out I’m relatively prone to gyno. So during the third week when I was experiencing symptoms, I started taking .3mg adex EOD. It cleared the symptoms up right away. I did not get any bloat and did not get acne until PCT which honestly hasn’t been that bad anyways. Anyways, onto my stats;
Age- 25
Height – 6’
Weight 205
BF% - 8-9%
Goal of this cycle is to put on as much mass as possible while keeping sides and damage to my body to a minimum. As for my diet, I have it written by my coach. Training wise, I’ve been seriously lifting for about 5 years, and competing for almost a year.
The cycle;
Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate –300mg (Pinned 2x weekly with test) 14 weeks
Test E – 500mg (250mg 2x weekly) 16 weeks
Arimidex - Week 2-16 – .3mg EOD
HCG -Week 1-16 : 500iu E3D
Week 17-18: 1000iu EOD
Caber on hand, because deca dick really worries me
PCT – 4 Days after last HCG pin
Clomid – 50/50/40/40/30
Nolva- 25/25/25/25
Besides general advice on the cycle itself, I have a few questions;
1. Should I kick start this cycle with Dbol or hold off as it’s only my second cycle?
2. I am not opposed to NPP for this cycle. Would it be a better alternative?
3. Should I drop the deca even earlier, or is 4 weeks before PCT enough?
