Hey Fellas... I have been doing some research on this stack and am getting pretty serious about running with it. Actually, I already started the Sust this past Monday (7-23-2012) since I already did well with test in the past
First off:
I am: 6 ft
I am: 212 lbs
I am: ~19% BF
I am: 34 yrs old
I have been working out on and off for: 13-14 years
For the last 8 months I have been practicing good diet and exercise and have lost 25 lbs of fat…
I have run a cycle of Omnadren (Similar to Sust 250) when I was 23ish.. at 750 mg/week for 12 weeks... No sides other than aggression and a bit of water retention. Incredible gains... I was silly strong and had a great outcome. post cycle therapy (pct) was a bit weak - 2 weeks of Clomid at 50mg.
I am planning on running:
Week 1-10: Sust 250 - Mon & Thurs. for a total of 500mg test per week
Week 3-6 (4 weeks total)Tren E 175: Mon & Thurs. for a total 350mg TrenE per week
Week 2-13: Nolva @ 10mg EoD - Control water retention and prevent gyno
post cycle therapy (pct):
Week 11: Start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) @ 500ui Mon-Fri. for 2 weeks (5000ui total)
Week 13: Start post cycle therapy (pct) - Clomid: 50mg Mon-Fri for 4 weeks
- Nolva: 40mg Mon-Fri for 2 weeks followed by 20mg Mon-Fri for 2 weeks
I am eating 250+ grams of Protein per day - 50% minimum from foods the rest from whey
Very little sugar (Mainly from fruits and veggies...)
50-75 grams of Carbs/day - prevent Ketosis
I am also taking Fish Oil, Iron supplements, and an Amino 10,000 stack

I realize it may be suggested that I drop the Tren... I figured if I ran it for 4 weeks it would give a good kick to the cycle and help my gains to be lean and help counter the higher than average BF% I currently have. People say that the Tren can be harsh but like I said earlier; I did well on 750mg test/wk x12 weeks.
At the end of the day; my goal is to have nice lean muscle and strength gains while combating a bit of a beer gut...BTW - the abs are there - they are just hiding under a nice comforter right now
Any tweaks or am I ready to go?
