security guard 1st post need some advice

First off im 22 years old bout 5"10 215 lb...alot of it is muscle alot is fat....i work security im in great physical shape except for my tummy fat lol I havnt done any cardio whatsoever in a couple years since highschool........Im thinkin bout takin hgh i gotta lose atleast a good 10-15lb ill do atleast a mile of walkin 5 days a week.....but heres my problem i wanna take hgh just to lose a couple pounds but i dont want to lose any muscle gains ive been getting.........my workout routine is 1st day legs chest and bi'cs 2nd day off 3rd day tri'ces back and shoulders and 4th day off and so on and so on........I no its a strange routine but its beast......before everyworkout i take creatine after everyworkout i drink my protein and off days i drink creatine.......I hear jintropin is pretty good from some of my friends that take it but if i take hgh to shed some pounds will it effect my muscle gains at all cause then i wouldnt even bother........and money is not an issue with hgh i no id be spending a healthy amount....but and advice that i touched on would be great!:beertoast
 
don't touch gh for now,ur to young meaning u have alot of test, just get a basic training method that include power walk and running at least 4 to 5 days a week and include weigths training,..gh is expensive like u said,imo stay a way from aa's until ur older, as u describe it ur a massive guy,..and for work walk don't stay in one place like some security I see hybernating in a chair not doing nothing lol , if u can keep active,..
 
you are 22, you don't need HGH. Diet and cardio bro. Keep lifting and eating protein and you won't lose muscle.
 
The more sedate you are the more sedate you ll become...and it ll become easier to accept.
The more you move..the more you train, the more you ll want to move..and want to train... and that belly will become more unacceptable.
GH at 22.....come on dude...your in your prime..it don t get any easier than it is right fkn now.

Stay off the drugs. Till your 25 or older. Your still growing you don't want to stay 5'10. That's pretty short. Steroid will close your growth plates.

Focus on your Diet and Training. Jamyjm will help you get your Diet straight in the Diet forum.

lol im just lookin for an edge for weight loss i can get jin for cheap from a friend . i can take that while still taking creatine right i no a good amount on hgh im gonna see a doctor bout it just tryin to get some extra info cause i hear hgh can do some great things for weight loss

hes not talking about taking steroids, hgh wont close your plates it will actually make your bones grow longer if they have not closed yet. not that he needs it since 5 10' is the avg height for men in the US. That being said you don't need anything but proper diet and excersize!!
 
i wanna slap this guys with the diet stick..

you can easily lose that damn belly with proper diet and training.. your lazy.. your acting lazy.. your need for compounds to lose weight shows that..

we haven't heard you hitting your abs...you want to get rid of belly, then you have to hit the abs. low carb lifestyle, good workout ethic, and don't forget the abs.
 
lol i wish i got 2 more inches to hit the big 6 but im really worried about it i can still body slam anyone brock lesnar status
 
calm down girls Im 5'7 now that is short u lucky bastards! Im 6'4 Im 5'10 blabla lucky asshole's..
 
6' even here lol I'd hate life if I was like 5'6" my moms 4'11" lol and dads like 5'10" got a bit lucky a guess.
