Seeking advice on sups (new)

First off,
155 lb 6ft" (was at 142)

Just started a four day split cycle these are my supplements, would like to get big as fast as possible.

Supplements:
Amplified Creatine 189
NaTren HGX Test booster
Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice
HGH Factor (what a joke those are)
Whey of course
Recovery pills cant spark the name right now.
Pre-Workout Assualt by Muscle Pharm/Ravaged.

Would like to know the best way to start gaining more pounds for the scale.

Aswell as a diet example as i have trouble sticking to a nutrious diet.

Lift hard with compound lifts, sleep deep for at least 8 hours a day, proper rest before training the same body part, eat plenty of clean carbs and protein from animal. Those supps are brutally terrible.

If you want a test booster, go with PhytoSerms and DAA.
If you want a GH releaser go with Powerfull.
If you want a multivitamin either 3D Multi by Ruthless supplements or Anavite
If you want a good preworkout go with N2KTS
Food if you got time is best post workout

Good advices, but i would go with HGHUp by Applied Nutrition for the GH Releaser.
If you want a post workout drink go for Muscle Replenisher by NTBM. Tastes so damn good and i like that it has more protein than carbs per serving! :cool:
