Self injecting for TRT and lots of blood

Hi, so I've just started my TRT and I'm self injecting and I'm on my third injection. Today I went to inject into my thigh like the doctor told me and I put the needle in and felt a sharp pain, I pulled the needle out and a stream of blood started flowing out and wouldn't stop until I put pressure on the spot. Now it's sore to touch about 2 hours later . Just wanna know if I should be concerned ..
