Well I see that flex has a log, why not start one for myself?

So as of Wednesday, I'm on my 2nd pin of the conservative protocol. I honestly don't feel any different, I'm afraid that it may take me 8 weeks to be "dialed in".

I signed up with Mr. 3j for the keto diet. I'm looking forward to a lifestyle change.

I'm in my mid 20's, 6'8" 317lbs.Trying to lose 77lbs.


My ideal weight is 240 more of a lean muscle build.


I was 253 back in 2007, but I was more skinny-fat. It was funny how people would say I looked great. That's when I had super mood swings thanks to having low t.

I just got a kick ass meal plan from 3J, looks like I have to stock up on the olive oil. LOL

I'm going to need to rework a workout routine.. It's been awhile since I've been to a gym.

I do feel real lethargic right now. It may be due to a shift change I received a few days ago.

It's all good. The vets say 3 weeks is when they notice big differences. You'll get there. Going w/3j is awesome. Glad you started your own thread just to keep us in the loop. The lurkers will be looking closely at your progress. We're all pulling for ya bro.
 
Youll be feeling better in 3weeks after first pin and maybe sooner.
You've got Maximus and 3J, that's a combination for greatness ! Looking forward to hearing your results on the Keto diet... Good luck bro

I have to buy the biggest carton of eggs, hopefully It fits in the frig.

Going to be eating 2703 calories.. haha I hope I have the strength to get out of bed during the first week.

Bunch of drama I'm dealing with right now. Probably not the best time to start this thread. I will meet my goals though!

So I'm making friends with my 7 eggs in the morning. The keto diet is very "taxing" just like 3j said lol. I'm on day 17, 4th pin of my maximus protocol. I need will probably get blood work after my 5th pin? I'm not real sure when I should get my first blood tests done.

I for one am really pulling for you dude. I know drama, like nobody should. Last March I quite smoking less than a month from major drama. Even my wife wife was like damn I can't believe that your even going to attempt to quite right now, and she doesn't smoke. I haven't had one since. On top of that major drama, there was more major drama from a completely unrelated direction. This drama was so severe, it could very well have just put a toll on my body from stressing it out so bad that my T plummeted. It was a factor, but my pituitary gland was the issue. New years she asked me what my resolutions were. That was a day or 2 past my first pin, I told her, this is my year. I'm going to feel good again. I've worked out 5 days a week since. I'm talking about real serious upper body workouts. That was 3 weeks ago, yesterday when I was enjoying life, my wife grabbed my arms and said, DAMN, you've got muscles. It's so obvious at work that some people are worried that I'm hitting it too hard. Maybe, but I'm smooth, and slow when I work out till exhaustion. Great form is #1 factor for me.

So my point on stress is this. Anybody can use it as an excuse to not do something. It takes a much stronger person to overcome stress and do what you need and want to do. This is your life, and your body. Just do like me. Once I get something in my head, I'm relentless, you can be too.
 
I don't like you anymore frustrated! Haha you made me sound like a pussy..I just look at it as a minor set back. My goals will be reach I'm starting to have health problems and plus I want the opposite sex to stop looking at me with disgust. More like come here LoL!

Man, we are all here for you. Setbacks happen, that's life. You have 3J diet, a good set of hormones, and all of us. That's a pretty good foundation to build on.

As far as the women, look out, they will come. In fact just today I was telling a guy at work, and he was like, could it be in your head, I said no way is this in my head. I kid you not, 5 minutes later there was a lady talking it up to me for 1/2 hr on the clock. Maybe I would get 3-5 minutes any other time. He walked by and about died. So, I guess it's not in my head.

Take good care of your health, keep us posted on your progress, even if you don't have much to say.
 
I know its easy for someone not dealing with drama to say, but just do the best you can while your dealing with it. Once its over go back to hitting it hard. We're all pulling for you bro!

I'm no longer craving the carbs. I'll start posting my measurements every two weeks.

I thought I didn't like spinch and it actually has no noticeable taste.. I'll be eating that a lot.. If this were a cartoon I'd have bigger muscles than popeye himself! Sure popeye has spinch.. I have that and t on my side.
 
I decided to bring it and press play with P90x. I may do insanity after I complete the 90 day routine.

Day 1 chest and back - Had a real good work out. I feel a little stronger. My body always feels pumped ready to go. Morning wood is great too! My stress has improved since I started my protocol. I will get Blood work done on my 5th week. I started on the 6th of January, doing 210mg of testosterone c E5D. So I'm definitely curious on where I am.
