Sensitive Estradiol Levels

I just received my bloods back and my sensitive estradiol level came in at 10. The ref ranges are from 3-70 (LabCorp) but I thought I remembered seeing something here that said 10 was high on the sensitive assay. Anyway, the reason I ask is because I have some pretty bad acne on my back (no where else) and I'm trying to figure out what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, currently on .5 anastrozole twice a week.

How long have you been on your current protocol? Is it possible you had E2 spikes in the past? There is definitely some lag involved in the appearance of acne.

.12 test cyp sub-q daily. Been at this protocol for several months. Test has stabilized.

I don't think so. My test levels have been pretty consistent for the last 6 months.

So you inject 24mg test a day? Total over 160 a week... what is your TT at?

As for the E, the obvious answer is to lower the adex dose. But, I would also be curious what your TT is first, as that might be pretty high.

Sorry for the daily. Yes, 24mg daily. Test is at 819. So, what is the normal range for sensitive estradiol? mprtz suggests it is low but I fear even worse acne if I reduce adex and it goes up to 25-30. I'd appreciate some feedback from regarding optimal levels for the sensitive estradiol assay.

For most guys, the "sweet spot" is between 20-40pg/ml. I personally like it on the higher end of that range. But everyone is different.

My elbow starts hurting when my E2 gets on the low side. I would rather have well-lubricated joints at the other end of the spectrum.
